Mackay Locksmiths travelled to Gateshead on an emergency call out. Not the usual local locksmith job but there within 30 minutes and quickly identified a faulty lock and Hooply gearbox functioning intermittently meaning all required replacing.
The Hooply gear box is built to withstand any attempts of forced entry. However, the customer decided to increase security further so Mackay locksmiths suggested the ERA fortress double door cylinder lock, manufactured to offer maximum protection and peace of mind.
Designed with six hardened high security pins, the anti-pick, anti-drill and anti-bump features meaning the cylinder offers excellent resistance to forced entry.
If attacked, a security pin automatically triggers blocking the cylinder cam, preventing unlawful entry but the cylinder can still be operated from the inside with a key or thumb turn as shown in the video.
